I am a collaborative leader, endeavouring to constantly think outside the box. I have a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders from all levels and backgrounds, in order to bring cultural change.

As a maintenance and construction professional, I have over 18 years of diverse experience within mining, oil and gas industries encompassing hands on fabrication and welding experience, maintenance planning, maintenance management, supervision/coordination of equipment and plant rebuilds, QA/QC and recruitment.

I have formed solid relationships with customers, suppliers and peers to maximise reliability and availability to meet desired targets. I strive to manage and design processes and systems to drive business efficiency through simplicity and openly shared knowledge.
